TriWerx (operated by AtoZ INFOWAY INC, "we", "us") is a 3D-printing marketplace connecting designers, print providers, and customers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we share and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using TriWerx (the website at triwerx.in and related apps) you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact: mobile number, name, email, and avatar.
  • Social login: when you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your basic profile (name, email, profile picture, and the provider account ID) to create or match your account. We do not post to your social accounts or access your friends/contacts.
  • Uploads & orders: 3D model files, previews, print specifications, order history, shipping addresses, and reviews.
  • Payments: handled by our payment partners (Razorpay, Paytm). We store transaction references and status, not your full card/UPI credentials.
  • KYC (sellers/vendors only): PAN, bank/UPI, and GST details — stored encrypted and used only for payouts, tax, and verification.
  • Technical: device, IP, and usage logs for security, fraud-prevention, and to operate the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and secure your account; process uploads, quotes, orders, payments, payouts, and shipping; provide customer support and dispute resolution; send transactional notifications (order updates, OTP) via SMS/WhatsApp/email; protect designer IP; comply with tax and legal obligations; and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Share Data

We share the minimum necessary with:

  • Print providers — to fulfil your order (your name, shipping address, print specs).
  • Payment processors (Razorpay, Paytm), SMS/messaging (MSG91, WhatsApp), email (SendGrid), shipping (Shiprocket), and identity/auth providers (Google, Facebook).
  • Authorities when required by law, and to enforce our terms or protect rights and safety.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest, field-level encryption for sensitive KYC data, access controls, and audit logging. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act), you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. You can export or delete your account data anytime from your profile, or see our data deletion instructions.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (e.g., secure session cookies for login) to operate the service. You can clear cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

7. Children

TriWerx is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
