Response & Processing Time
Acknowledge new orders within 24 hours. Start production promptly to guarantee shipment within the committed time window.
Communication Professionalism
All interactions with customers regarding custom requests, material substitutions, or order issues must go through the platform. Keep communications polite and professional.
Honest Capability Representation
Ensure your printer specs, material inventory, and active capacities are always up to date. Do not accept orders you do not have the equipment or materials to produce.
