How to delete your TriWerx account and personal data
You can delete your TriWerx account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you signed up with mobile OTP, Google, or Facebook.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Sign in and go to your profile.
- Open Account & Privacy → Delete my data / account.
- Confirm. Your profile, uploads, addresses, wishlist, and account are removed.
You can also export a copy of your data first from the same screen.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email privacy@triwerx.in from your registered email or with your registered mobile number and the subject "Delete my data". We verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
Deleting your TriWerx account removes the profile data we received from Google/Facebook. You can additionally remove TriWerx's access from your provider:
- Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "TriWerx".
- Google → myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access → remove "TriWerx".
What we keep (and why)
After deletion we permanently remove your personal data, except records we are legally required to retain — such as invoices, tax (GST/TDS), and payment records — which are kept only for the period mandated by law and then deleted or anonymised.
